I. Vacation time

(1) Students: Since the teaching activities of each grade and major end at different times, each college is requested to arrange the vacation time for students after completing the teaching tasks according to the schedule of teaching activities in this semester.

(2) Teaching staff: On the premise of fulfilling their duties and ensuring the normal working order of the school, teaching staff on sitting duty will start to take their vacations from July 6 (Wednesday); non-teaching staff on sitting duty will start to take their vacations from July 6 in principle; teachers who have teaching internship, practical guidance tasks and final assessment work must continue to complete their work according to the regulations and may not take their vacations early. (Sunday) double day off is normal.

Second, the start time and make-up exam arrangements

(A) Students: August 27 (Saturday) and August 28 (Sunday), 2022, registration, August 29 (Monday) formal classes. Students with make-up examinations should return to school in advance, and apply for make-up examinations at their colleges on August 25, and start the centralized make-up examinations on August 26. 2021 undergraduate students (except 3+2) will return to school from August 20 to 21, and start military training on the 22nd.

(2) Faculty and Staff: The teaching staff will officially start work on August 26 (Friday) and work normally on August 27 (Saturday) and August 28 (Sunday); the non-sitting teachers will report on August 26 and each teaching unit will arrange their own activities on August 27 and August 28 to prepare for the start of the school year.

III. Work arrangements and related requirements

(A) Epidemic prevention and control work: All units should always tighten the string of epidemic prevention and control, strictly in accordance with the relevant requirements of the province, city and school epidemic prevention and control, continue to do a good job of epidemic prevention and control work to ensure the normal operation of the summer epidemic prevention and control leadership system, emergency mechanism and command system. Students, faculty and staff should strictly abide by the provisions of the school location and travel destinations for epidemic prevention and control.
